Visitor guide
The 27th Colombo International Book Fair — Book Fair 2026, also called the National Book Fair or කොළඹ ජාත්යන්තර පොත් ප්රදර්ශනය 2026 (poth pradarshanaya 2026) — runs 25 September – 4 October 2026 at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH), open 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM daily. It is Sri Lanka's largest book exhibition, with about 450 stalls in 12 halls.
This guide lists 234 exhibitors with their stall numbers and halls, a live stall map, the book catalogue and fair events. The fair is organised by the Sri Lanka Book Publishers' Association; blicq is an independent guide, and official announcements are published on cibf.lk.
The book fair is open 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM daily from 25 September – 4 October 2026. The last day is Sunday, 4 October 2026.
Ticket prices and online tickets are published by the organiser on cibf.lk. Buying online lets you skip the entry queue at BMICH.
The fair is at the BMICH, Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Colombo 07. Once inside, use the live stall map for walking directions to any hall or stall. Check cibf.lk for parking and shuttle updates.
Exhibitors are spread across the BMICH halls below. Stall numbers repeat between halls, so always check the hall as well as the stall number.
